NIH grant awarded to study a novel treatment for Dup15q syndrome!

Together with Dr. Aijun Wang we are working to design and test a therapy targeting the UBE3A gene-the overexpression of which leads to Dup15q syndrome. Patients with Dup15q syndrome are chronically ill with significant intellectual disability, ASD, and many experience epilepsy.
